What we are looking for

Sales Viewing Assistant
(West London, South West London, Surrey, East London, Central London)

We are currently seeking a proactive viewing assistant to help our sales and lettings team to ensure that the properties are shown to their greatest potential while also delivering positive word of mouth service.

The main responsibilities of this role include being punctual, reliable, friendly and a good communicator. Experience isn’t a necessity however having a passion/interest for the property industry would be beneficial, you will also need to be able to cope under pressure, assisting the sales and lettings teams as and when needed.

Sales Support Administrator
(West London, South West London, Surrey, East London, Central London)

We are looking for a team player, flexible and keen to get involved in a number of tasks, providing day to day admin support to the Branch Manager and sales team. The main responsibilities of the role will be to update and maintain the client correspondence for our property portfolio. Experience in the property industry is not essential however previous work within an administrative role would be a benefit, you will also need to be able to cope under pressure, and have a ‘Can do’ attitude to support the sales team.

Senior Sales consultant

The ideal candidate will be able to achieve a high sales performance whilst taking on extra responsibility within the office. They will also be required to motivate the teams, review weekly and monthly branch figures as well achieving deals of £170-£220k per annum.
